1. What RayDeals is

RayDeals is a price comparison service. We display prices from third-party stores to help you find the best deal. We are not a retailer, marketplace, or payment processor. We do not sell game keys, gift cards, or any other products.

2. Price accuracy

Prices on RayDeals are updated regularly but may not reflect real-time changes. A price shown here may have changed by the time you visit the store. Always verify the final price on the store's checkout page. RayDeals is not responsible for price discrepancies between what is shown here and what is charged by the store.

3. Affiliate links

Most store links on RayDeals are affiliate links. When you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission. See our affiliate disclosure for full details. Affiliate links do not cost you anything extra.

4. Third-party stores

Clicking a store link takes you to a website operated by a third party. RayDeals has no control over third-party stores and is not responsible for their products, services, pricing, availability, security practices, or any transactions you conduct with them. Disputes about a purchase must be resolved directly with the store.

5. Key marketplace risk

Some stores listed on RayDeals are key marketplaces (flagged as "Marketplace" on the site). Keys sold on these platforms may be obtained from grey-market sources. RayDeals does not endorse or guarantee keys purchased from marketplace stores. Buy from these stores at your own risk.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use RayDeals to:

• Scrape or systematically harvest prices or data without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
• Interfere with the site's operation or the experience of other users
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content (e.g. comments or coupon submissions)

7. User-submitted content

If you submit a coupon code, comment, or price alert, you grant RayDeals a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the site. We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

RayDeals is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that prices displayed are accurate or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RayDeals and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any third-party store linked from it.

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
